Questions Queensland Health Minister and Chief Health Officer need to answer about toddler's death!

This is supplementary to the previous posting with more pertinent questions asked by Merilyn Haines. - Werner
* * * * * * *
Fact: Qld Health Minister Paul Lucas was told on the 9th April that a 2 yr old Brisbane child had died the day after receiving a flu vaccination. His response was that no-one should avoid being vaccinated (Channel 10 news April 9th)

Fact: Paul Lucas and Jeannette Young, the Chief Health Officer for Qld, are currently claiming that they didn’t know the name of the dead child, and therefore couldn’t locate the family and investigate further. They say that Brisbane Hospitals and the Therapeutic Goods Administration didn’t know of a death on that day, so they and Qld Health seems to have done no further investigation.

Question: Why didn’t Paul Lucas’s or Chief Health Officer Dr Young’s staff ask Channel 10 for more details of the death, or contact the Upper Mt. Gravatt Police, or the Mt Gravatt Ambulance?

Fact: The Queensland Government has a contract to receive news reports from Media Monitors, particularly for items that could be a hot potato for government. If not one of the 700 odd Qld Government media staff saw the Channel 10 news on April 9th and didn’t know that the Upper Mt Gravatt Police were involved in the case, did Qld Health not get a report from Media Monitors covering the Channel 10 news report? If Qld.Health really didn’t know Upper Mt Gravatt police were involved, a Media Monitors report would surely have helped Qld Health staff locate the family, long before they read the name in the Sunday Mail two weeks later.

Question:
Does Queensland Health get reports from Media Monitors on anything reported on vaccinations?

Fact: In cases of sudden unexpected death (as with this child being found dead at home), the normal protocol would be that the Police take possession of the body, the body goes to the Police Morgue and it is then under the custody of the duty Government Medical Officer.

Question: Why didn’t the Queensland Government Medical Officer who received the body on the day of death, alert the TGA, Qld Health, Paul Lucas or Jeannette Young. Wouldn’t this Queensland Government doctor have a responsibility for reporting a death that may have been caused by a vaccination?

Fact: Channel 10 has reported that they contacted Queensland Health the day after the death and were told by a Qld Health spokeswoman not to report on the death so as to not incite fear. (Channel 10 5pm news 26 April)

Question: Who told Channel 10 not to report on the death, and why did this spokeswoman not then locate the family, and not report the family name to Paul Lucas, Jeannette Young and the TGA?

There appears to have been many deceptive and misleading statements made in regard to this tragedy, it is time for some truthful answers from Paul Lucas, Jeannette Young and Queensland Health.

Vaccination death! Government cover-up?

Merilyn Haines, a Medical Scientist, is asking a pertinent question. The Queensland Labor government is an expert at concealing the unpalatable truth from its citizens; take forced water fluoridation for example. The Queensland population is becoming increasingly cynical about this government – and I don’t blame them. Please, make every parent with young children aware of what Merilyn wrote. - Werner

Are the Queensland Health Minister and Queensland Chief Health Officer lying over when they said they knew about toddler’s death post Flu vaccination ?

The Brisbane Channel 10 5pm news, Friday 9th April reported Upper Mt Gravatt Police were investigating the sudden death of a 2 year old the day after she and her family had been vaccinated for Swine Flu.

The Channel 10 news also reported that evening that the deputy Premier ( Paul Lucas - who is also Health Minister ) as saying no-one should avoid vaccinations.

As there did not seem to be any other reports of this death, I personally contacted Channel 10 on Monday 12th April to check the details which they confirmed and also said that there was to be a post mortem on the Monday.

A week later, there were no still no reports of the death in the Courier Mail. I personally contacted a Courier Mail medical reporter on Friday morning 16th April and she confirmed that the Courier Mail knew about the death , but had decided not to report it, citing there was no evidence.

On Sunday the 25 th April, the Sunday Mail finally reported the death of the 2 yr old , after dozens of Western Australian children suffering severe adverse reactions following seasonal flu vaccinations started being reported.

The Courier Mail today ( 26th April ) reported Qld Chief Health Officer Jeannette Young as saying “ until now, neither Queensland Health , nor the relevant national body had been advised of, or were aware of, any death allegedly related to a 2010 seasonal flu vaccine in Queensland”

So how did Channel 10 news report the Deputy Premier as saying on the 9th April that no one should avoid vaccinations?

Did Channel 10 make this up? Did some Qld Health bureaucrat give this statement on behalf of Paul Lucas?

Police were investigating the child’s death on the 9th April, so why didn’t the Police and the doctor involved alert Queensland Health and the Adverse Medicine Events hotline?

If Dr Young or Paul Lucas knew about the death and kept silent for weeks, in which time dozens, probably hundreds of young West Australian children have suffered adverse health effects that may have been prevented , this may be a criminal action.

It is believed a one year old is lying brain dead in a Perth Hospital as a consequence of a recent seasonal flu vaccination.

As a mother and an Aunt and someone who just wants a fair deal for our kids, I am one of many who will be demanding a full Parliamentary Inquiry and the sacking of Paul Lucas and Jeannette Young.

Merilyn Haines

PS. I am not opposed to vaccinations, only opposed to politicians who lie and those who would let harm befall our children.

De-Inflame with Super foods.

We are all interested in our health and wellbeing and many people today look for alternatives instead of chemicals. This is an article some may find interesting. Werner

Cellular inflammation has been shown to be the underlying marker in nearly every major health problem. Every single day our body is attacked by free radicals; cells are damaged; and inflammatory mediators are produced and triggered throughout our body. Fortunately, God gave us an incredible ability to heal and regulate abnormal cells. He also provided us with a way of life to minimize the negative effects of lifestyle stress.

From a nutritional perspective, one of the simplest things to do is add some of our Creator's most nutritious foods into our diet. Foods that have an incredible array of health benefits that go well beyond just their nutrient value are considered "super-foods." Here are a couple amazing super foods that are particularly useful for reducing inflammation, destroying free radicals, and detoxifying cellular pollution. Here are some of nature's most powerful secrets to health and healing:

1.Ginger: This incredible super food herb is 13th on the anti-oxidant list boasting an impressive ORAC score of 28,811. Ginger is composed of several volatile oils that give it its characteristic flavour and odour: zingerone, shogaols, & gingerols. These oils are powerful anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal, anti-parasitic agents. In addition, it inhibits cancer cell formation while firing up our body's own inborn ability to destroy the cancer cells formerly present.

Ginger has classically been used to improve the digestion process. It is classified as a carminative (reducing intestinal gas) and an intestinal spasmolytic (soothes intestinal tract) while inducing gut motility. Ginger is known to reduce fever related nausea, motion sickness, and feelings of "morning sickness." Additionally, it helps aid in the production of bile, making it particularly helpful in digesting fats.

Ginger is also an important part of a de-inflaming, natural pain-relief program. One compound called 6-gingerol has been shown to significantly inhibit the production of a highly reactive nitrogen molecule, nitric oxide, that quickly forms a dangerous free radical peroxynitrite. Additionally, ginger helps to protect the body's stores of glutathione (the super anti-oxidant and free radical destroyer).

2. Parsley: The herb parsley is considered the world's most popular herb. It contains a unique combination of nutrients that make it a powerful super food. The volatile oil compounds myristicin, limonene, eugenol, and alpha-thujene have been shown to inhibit tumour cell formation. Additionally, parsley is rich in flavonoids - including apiin, apigenin, crisoeriol, and luteolin that have strong anti-oxidant properties.

Parsley is also particularly rich in chlorophyll, the energy producing substance that gives herbs and plants their characteristic green colour. Chlorophyll helps to alkalize the body, purify blood, and form new red blood cells. In addition, the chlorophyll and flavonoids in parsley help to enhance cellular glutathione formation. Higher levels of cellular glutathione allow the body to detoxify and heal more effectively.

Through these properties, parsley is able to improve cellular oxygenation properties. Increased oxygenation = increased cellular energy = increased detoxification & healing mechanisms.

The Light dims on our best and brightest in Australia!

Andrew Bolt is one of the best journalists we have in Australia and the tag “best and brightest” would fit him admirably. He calls a spade a spade; in other words, speak honestly and directly about a topic, specifically topics that others may avoid speaking about due to their sensitivity or embarrassing nature. And, this stupid political correctness is anathema for him. Good on you Andrew, we need a few more like you in Australia. - Werner
* * * * * * *
By Andrew Bolt. See picture. • From: The Daily Telegraph • April 2010

The month our 1000 "best and brightest" should remember with shame.
It was two years ago that these 1000 - glorying at being hailed as our finest minds - gathered in Canberra to show just what fools they really were.

You'll laugh, but most really did think Kevin Rudd had summoned them to his 2020 Ideas
Summit to help him design "a strong successful future for our country".

They really did think that they would produce a report, stuffed with brilliance that would guide their new Prime Minister through the next decade. Click on picture to enlarge.

Many were even so arrogant as to believe they really did deserve to map our fate, despite being unelected, unrepresentative and, as it turned out, utterly unknowing - these handpicked stooges of the most shameless spinner of our political history.

"We do represent the entire community," burbled Sam Mostyn, a former Labor apparatchik now inserted in a dozen taxpayer-funded boards.

"Rather than certain groups, powerful groups, setting the agenda, the direction, it's actually throwing it over to us," enthused World Vision chief Tim Costello, so flattered by his invitation that he mistook Rudd's hand-picked clique for a real parliament.

Oh, you "best and brightest". You court toadies, mainchancers, stringpullers, wheeler-dealers and dupes. Look around you now, two years later, and point.
Point out which ideas ever saw the light of day. Point out a single one that's been adopted, to the country's good. Any one at all? Can you name a single summit idea that has made the slightest difference? Can you even name one that hasn't?

Rarely, if ever, in our history has so much talk produced so little action. Do you remember that orgy of summiteering two years ago? Rudd had, five months earlier, won an election on the promise that he "had a plan for the future".
He didn't, of course. Still doesn't. So he immediately called an ideas summit to get one. Or a seeming one.

But he didn't call just one summit. In fact, he had state summits, regional summits, MPs' summits, a Jewish summit and more than 500 school summits, in which children were enlisted like so many Rudd Guards to help their Dear Leader.

And then, in April, came this ultimate summit, for which Rudd anointed 1000 Australians as his "best and brightest".

Except, of course, he'd rigged the selection so that, a handful of token conservatives and business heavies aside, they were in fact 1000 of our "Left and lame", unlikely to cause much trouble by thinking for themselves.

That's why 118 came from a single Left-wing activist group, GetUp, whose former spokesman is now Rudd's press secretary.

That's why the heads of all the big green groups were invited, along with the leading climate alarmists, from Tim Flannery to Gaia worshipper Clive Hamilton. Union heavies came, too, along with past or present ABC staff and the obligatory "stolen generations" propagandists.

And to make sure the media coverage was kind, Rudd invited the heads of almost every big media organisation - people who should have kept their distance.

Result? This rigged assembly produced precisely the group think you'd expect. Of the 100 summiteers brought in to discuss global warming, not one was an identifiable sceptic. Of the 100 asked to discuss a republic, only one was a monarchist.

And of the 100 invited from the arts industry, not one protested at the comical stampede for the golden feeding trough, as these prize oinkers, led by Cate Blanchett, demanded "targets to double artists' income", "mainstream recognition", a "Prime Minister's Prize", the donation of all "surplus government space", and "1 per cent of each government's portfolio funding", so that, say, the Health Department would have to give artists fistfuls of cash meant to cure the sick.

This gathering demonstrated three maxims. First, a crowd is more stupid than a single wise man. Second, crowds aren't creative. Third, ask the intelligentsia to run things and they'll always demand more power and more money.

And so this particular crowd of brilliant minds didn't even predict, for instance, the financial crash that was just a few months away. It had no idea that a key election issue two years later would be cutting immigration, not boosting it. And it recommended another 20 government bureaucracies, with power even to make bosses have you exercise at work.

So what did they actually propose these 1000 of our "best and brightest"?

Rudd, in his official response to the summit's report last year, claimed they'd given him "over 900 ideas", kindly failing to add that many were plain crazy.

The "best ideas", he claimed, "continue to have a strong impact on the Government's thinking and strategy", and had "subtly changed priorities". "Subtly" is to explain why you haven't noticed.

But examples, please, Prime Minister!
Rudd gave four. First, he said, he'd agreed to a review of the tax system (already planned by Labor anyway). Second, he'd made "critical partnerships" with the states on education and health - which you may have missed, since they don't include the brawl he's now having with the states over hospitals.

Third, he'd designed a tax to help stop global warming - a tax that was already Labor policy and is now so unpopular that Rudd barely dares discuss it.

And fourth, he promised to halve homelessness - only to have it rise instead. Pathetic isn't the word for this.

Rudd also promised to take up another "nine practical initiatives proposed by the Summit". This time the word is "feeble".

For instance, he'd create a force of experts for overseas emergencies; a new "Indigenous Cultural Education and Knowledge Centre"; a "Golden Gurus" mentoring plan; scholarships for students and courses to give workers "green skills".

None of these is in place. Nor would you notice or care if they were. But wait! The Government has now given money for two other 2020 "ideas" - a new ABC children's channel, which is actually an old plan, and the development of a bionic eye, which had been invented already.

And that's it. That's all you got out of all those summits, all that talk, all those egos.
It's worse than a joke.

It's a fraud.
Those 1000 of our "best and brightest" were used by Rudd as props. They were used to make him seem consultative, popular and backed by all the country's smartest people.

So how do they feel today, Rudd's 1000 patsies? Still bright? Still our best?

What else is in the fluoride package from China?

More and more people are starting to ask questions in regard to what else is in the fluoride bag that comes from China, that Anna Bligh and her cohorts have mandated to be put into our drinking water - which we have to drink whether we like it or not. There were two letters to the editor in our local daily, the Cairns Post, expressing concerns about the fluoride from China, which I will publish below for those who don’t read the Cairns Post. Click on picture to enlarge.

If our four Labor MPs would be worth their salt they would immediately take action and request that these fluoride bags be analysed to find out what else we are drinking with our water. But they are sitting on their hands and doing nothing; and the opposition is not any better. Democracy has gone out of the window in Queensland. Here we have the ALP’s idea of government in action: “We do as we like, we are the government!"

The first letter is from Margaret Phillips, who is badly affected by ingesting fluoride, but unfortunately the Cairns Post omitted to publish her last sentence, which was: "Can anyone see a problem in allowing any foreign country direct and uncontrolled access to the water supplies for the entire country?" (This is a relevant question, indeed.)

And, I’m asking: Would anybody in their right mind trust that the Chinese are putting only fluoride into their bags destined for Queensland? - Werner

Water Supply at mercy of China.
Letter 1. WHEN fluoridation was legislated, the then Queensland health minister assured us it was coming from Belgium.

The water authorities make their own decisions on that, however, and almost all have decided to buy from China because it is easily available and cheaper.

This product is not tested before it is dumped into our drinking water. It comes with a batch analysis which gives the percentage of fluoride, and little other information.

How do we know what else is in it? What else could be put in it? We have no idea. Why is this travesty allowed to continue? - Margaret Phillips, Bayview Heights.

NB. The Belgians are totally against water fluoridation. I was told that they offered their fluoride to poor African Nations for burial and would have paid them for it, but they didn’t want to have a bar of it. Now, they are selling it to gullible countries and get paid for it, they must thank their lucky stars. - Werner

Letter 2. (This must be, I assume, in reply to Margaret’s letter. - Werner)

No confidence in Chinese fluoride.
AFTER reading the letter (12-4-10) about Chinese fluoride in our water supply, I felt it imperative to add to those valid concerns.

The US is also importing cheap water fluoridation chemicals from China and a recent evaluation found that much of the fluoride used for water fluoridation now coming out of China exhibit arsenic and lead levels of 50mg and 40mg respectively a bag.

Sourcing anything to add to our drinking water from a country with a track record of lead paint on toys, anti-freeze in cough syrup, 400-times the acceptable concentrations of formaldehyde on children's clothing and toxic chemicals in baby formula and milk is unacceptable.

The saying "good isn't cheap and cheap isn't good" applies here or if readers are familiar with the Georgia Guidestones, maybe not. We can no longer trust our governments to do the right thing for their citizens. Eric Hallforde, Atherton.

Hello Werner,
Thanks for your query on NQP's position on compulsory fluoridation - as we noted in a reply to your earlier query late last year on our web-site, NQP strongly supports a Community Referendum on the question - and our party will be calling for such a Referendum soon.

Our view is that fluoridation should NOT have been compulsorily forced
upon the Councils of regions that previously were not fluoridated - as
citizens should be given CHOICE on such issues.

Lodging a Writ with the High Court of Australia, asking Anna Bligh some pertinent questions.

It is high time that somebody is taking the totalitarian Queensland Bligh government to account and asking some pertinent questions. Hopefully this action will bring results. I have a feeling the yellow wriggly lines in the government logo are depicting worms – let me know if I’m wrong.

On Thursday 15 April 2010, at 1pm - we are asking as many people as are able to attend the High Court of Australia and assist us in lodging a Writ.

This Writ is very simply asking the High Court to give Anna Bligh, Premier of QLD, 21 days to provide the following information:Provide all the referenda wherein the People of the Commonwealth agreed that the Qld government could step outside of the Commonwealth and create a new constitution which would become its governing instrument OVER the wishes of the People.

Provide all the referenda wherein the People of the Commonwealth agreed to allow the Qld government to claim ownership of all the assets of the People.
Provide all the referenda wherein the People of the Commonwealth agreed to allow the QLD govt to sell all the assets of the People.

Clarify constitutionally who the Premier is to the People of the Commonwealth.
We will be lodging Caveats over the money of the People held in the consolidated revenue fund of QLD, the statutory laws of the state of QLD over the land of the People. This is something no legal representative can ask the Bligh govt, no politician, no public servant. These are questions that can only be put to the High Court by the People.

Why the Bligh government? Why Queensland?
Because the politicians in this state have created the changes which are now being used by every other state to create governments which no longer answer to the People & the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 UK.

Because the politicians in this state have created legislation which has removed the Separation of Powers in every state, allowed all governments to seize and sell the assets of the People - Telstra, QANTAS, the Commonwealth Bank and more.

Legislation in Qld has been used to allow every government, including the Federal and states, to borrow massive monies from overseas, placing the People in debt for at least the next 2 generations. Did you vote at a referendum to be placed in debt?

Under all governments in Australia, naturalized citizens have become the premier focus, while those of us who were born in this country are legislatively seen as the foreigners.

In 1999 Republican Referendum the People voted No. We now know that at that time, all state and federal governments had already signed legislation agreeing to become a republic &they have operated as such since that time. The People's wishes were ignored, treated with absolute contempt and ignored.

Our months of research have identified the awful deception that all governments have inflicted on the People of the Commonwealth.

And why the deception, why not be honest? Because they needed our Constitution to appear to be intact because it was their only access to our tax money!

We know what they have attempted to do. We know what they have done. We know what they almost accomplished. It is now time to stop it.

Please come, bring friends, call the media. We will have information to give you there. And more will be available via email from after the lodgement of the Writ.

Many of you have attended the Spencer & Cooee rallies. Those rallies pointed out the problems.

Please attend the High Court with us to lodge the solution. Only the People of the Commonwealth can do this.

Are Indians safer in India than Australia?

In Australia mid 2009, an Indian student was murdered and others were beaten up. Indian media reported that what they saw were racially motivated attacks against Indians, especially students. Rallies were organised in Melbourne and Sydney, and intense coverage of the perceived hate crimes commenced in India, being especially critical of Australia. However, never let the facts get in the way of a little indignation; let’s have a look at some statistics. Werner
Please Note! Don’t miss the spectacular YouTube show at the bottom of this post.
* * * * * * *
In 2007, according to India’s National Crime Records Bureau, 32,318 people were murdered in India. Another 3644 were victims of manslaughter.

In a category of its own, 8093 brides or their relatives were killed in "dowry deaths'' - murdered by greedy grooms and in-laws angry over the amount of dowry paid by the bride's family.

And there were a further 27,401 attempted murders and the annual road toll in India is now tipped to reach 150,000.

By contrast, in 2007, the Australian Bureau of Statistics reports, 255 people were murdered in Australia .

Another 28 were victims of manslaughter, and 246 survived attempted murders.

India is of course a big country, but the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime estimates that relative to population, its homicide rate is more than twice that of Australia .

It is a country in which violent crime is commonplace - so commonplace that every day more than 100 Indians are murdered by other Indians.

Yet when an Indian is murdered overseas, the news channels whip themselves and their viewers into a froth of indignation at the country concerned. How can this happen? How can any civilized nation fail to protect its residents?

What kind of racist country is this? Why aren't India 's TV networks campaigning against the epidemic of death all around them?

Why does it take a murder of an Indian overseas to stir their moral outrage? (To put it into perspective, the murder reduced their population by 0.0000001% for about 30 seconds)

Were they equally outraged 10 years ago when Australian missionary Graham Staines and his two sons were burnt alive in their car by Hindu extremists in Orissa?

Or in 2004 when Australian tourist Dawn Griggs was robbed, raped and murdered by two taxi drivers after arriving late at night at Delhi airport?

If Indian students don't feel safe in Australia they should go back to India where the odds (of getting killed) are better!!

ALWAYS THOUGHT GREEN SNAKES WERE OK.
Green Garden Grass snakes can be dangerous, Yes, grass snakes!
A couple in Sweetwater, Texas had a lot of potted plants, and during a recent cold spell, the wife was bringing a lot of them indoors to protect them from a possible freeze. It turned out that a little green garden grass snake was hidden in one of the plants and when it had warmed up, it slithered out and the wife saw it go under the sofa. She let out a very loud scream. The husband who was taking a shower ran out into the living room naked to see what the problem was. She told him there was a snake under the sofa. He got down on the floor on his hands and knees to look for it.

About that time the family dog came and cold-nosed him on the leg. He thought the snake had bitten him and he fainted. His wife thought he had had a heart attack and called an ambulance.

The attendants rushed in and loaded him on the stretcher and started carrying him out. About that time the snake came out from under the sofa and the Emergency Medical Technician saw it and dropped his end of the stretcher. That's when the man broke his leg and why he is in the hospital.

The wife still had the problem of the snake in the house, so she called on a neighbour man. He volunteered to capture the snake. He armed himself with a rolled-up newspaper and began poking under the couch. Soon he decided it was gone and told the woman, who sat down on the sofa in relief. But in relaxing, her hand dangled in between the cushions, where she felt the snake wriggling around. She screamed and fainted, the snake rushed back under the sofa, and the neighbour man, seeing her laying there passed out tried to use CPR to revive her.

The neighbour's wife, who had just returned from shopping at the grocery store, saw her husband's mouth on the woman's mouth and slammed her husband in the back of the head with a bag of canned goods, knocking him out and cutting his scalp to a point where it needed stitches.

An ambulance was again called and it was determined that the injury required hospitalisation. The noise woke the woman from her dead faint and she saw her neighbour lying on the floor with his wife bending over him, so she assumed he had been bitten by the snake. She went to the kitchen, brought back a small bottle of whiskey, and began pouring it down the man's throat. By now the police had arrived. They saw the unconscious man, smelled the whiskey, and assumed that a drunken fight had occurred. They were about to arrest them all, when the two women tried to explain how it all happened over a little green snake.

They called an ambulance, which took away the neighbour and his sobbing wife. Just then the little snake crawled out from under the couch. One of the policemen drew his gun and fired at it. He missed the snake and hit the leg of the end table that was on one side of the sofa. The table fell over and the lamp on it shattered and as the bulb broke, it started a fire in the drapes.

The other policeman tried to beat out the flames and fell through the window into the yard on top of the family dog, which startled, jumped up and raced out into the street, where an oncoming car swerved to avoid it and smashed into the parked police car and set it on fire.

Meanwhile the burning drapes had spread to the walls and the entire house was blazing, Neighbours had called the fire department and the arriving fire-truck had started raising his ladder as they were halfway down the street. The rising ladder tore out the overhead wires and put out the electricity and disconnected the telephones in a ten-square city block area.

Time passed ---- Both men were discharged from the hospital, the house was rebuilt, the police acquired a new car, and all was right with their world. About a year later they were watching TV and the weatherman announced a cold snap for that night. The husband asked his wife if she thought they should bring in their plants for the night. - She shot him.
So let this be a lesson to all of you: green grass snakes are dangerous!!!

Are we caught between a rock and a hard place?

Do you trust politicians? This is a pertinent question and I’ll let my readers answer it. Below is a letter to the editor published in “The Weekend Post” (Cairns Newspaper) 27.3.010, and written by my wife, Karola.
However, let me tell you something first about her health problems and then perhaps you would understand why she wrote that letter and why she is so vehemently against being forced to drink fluoridated water.

Karola’s marrowbone stopped producing new blood - an affliction called: “Refractory Anemia with Ringed Sideroblasts” which requires blood transfusions every three to four weeks. To read more about her health problem click here.

Blood transfusions accumulate iron in her body that cannot be expelled by her body and consequently it has to be done manually by taking a chemical daily that gives her a lot of side effects, too numerous to mention, plus is a big strain on her kidneys and reducing her kidney function to only 20% . She is required to drink a lot of water and fluoridated water is something she shouldn’t drink.

What right has Anna Bligh, Paul Langbroek or their respective parties to make my wife suffer more by ingesting Sodium silicofluoride used in the Cairns water? Sodium Silicofluoride, a waste product from the aluminium and fertiliser industry, is an S6 poison. Products in this category have a greater potential for causing harm to humans.

There was absolutely no good reason to add this poison to our drinking water, since there is calcium fluoride (The good fluoride) in most of our underground water, which is taken up by the vegetables or fruits we consume. A cup of tea for instance has four mg of fluoride.

Langbroek also stated that fluoride is good for the young. That may be the case, if they would drink water, but they don’t. They drink Coke and coloured soft drinks, etc - anything but water. I see it every day with the young waiting for the school bus, walking in the street or shopping centres. I bet Langbroek has never made this observation. He and Bligh are just dogmatic in their erroneous belief that putting this stuff into our water will reduce or eliminate tooth decay. The only way fluoride will be effective is by topical application. Click on picture to enlarge.

But let me ask Langbroek this: If it is in the water because of the young (His words) why does the rest of the population have to be mass medicated? I’m talking about people, who have good teeth by using a good diet and brushing them regularly and what about the many people that have dentures do they need fluoride so they won’t get tooth decay? Has this man ever looked at the dismal record of Tasmania and NSW that have been fluoridated for decades, yet have a huge tooth decay problem and not enough dentists.

Langbroek, like Bligh, is myopic and suffers from tunnel vision. We will have to put in an all out effort at the next election to change the political landscape in Queensland and bring it back from a totalitarian dictatorship to democratic principles, where people are consulted before legislation is foisted onto them. This is vitally important especially since we have no upper house (Senate) in Queensland.

We will educate many more people about this folly that most countries in the world have rejected, before the next election. It will then be interesting to see who the voters detest more - Bligh or Langbroek. The choice they would have to make is whether they want to get out of the frying pan and get into the fire.

I would to take this opportunity to wish my readers a happy Easter, take care, drive carefully and enjoy life, avoid drinking fluoridated water if you can and send my blog address to all your family and friends. - Werner

LNP goes back on fluoride promise.
QUEENSLAND Opposition Leader John-Paul Langbroek let the cat out of the bag on John Mackenzie's radio talkback program. On March 18, he said fluoridated water would stay if the LNP becomes the government and he is premier. This repudiates the promise Lawrence Springborg made to Wendy Richardson that the party would give people a choice in a referendum. This is also, according to Wendy, recorded in Hansard. This shows you cannot trust politicians.

This statement will make a lot of LNP members and LNP supporters who are against fluoride very unhappy, especially as many like me suffer from health problems by ingesting fluoride.

I believe the Family First Party will come out on an anti-fluoride platform at the next election, and hopefully the North Queensland Party and independents will also follow suit.

We cannot afford to give Mr Langbroek an absolute majority in Parliament should the LNP win government, otherwise we will be getting rid of one dictatorship only to install another one. - Karola Schmidlin, Yorkeys Knob.

These were the fluoride options offered to the Cairns Regional Council, but the C RC chose the second option, because it was cheaper – but the price should have been a secondary concern when it is about health. - Werner

1. Option 1 is Sodium Fluoride. It has the lowest possible poison rating which is S2
2. The rating of the second option, Sodium Silicofluoride, jumps to S6. Products in this category have a greater potential for causing harm to humans.
3. The third option, Hydroflurosilicic Acid is S7. This is the category for the most dangerous poisons. The only higher category, S8, covers illegal poisons.

No toxicology studies have ever been performed on silicofluorides used in water fluoridation schemes. The only toxicology studies ever done are on pharmaceutical grade S2 Sodium Fluoride, as used in toothpaste. Click here to read about Fluorosilicate Toxicity.

A senior citizen's experience with water fluoridation".
The following was written by a senior citizen whose friends’ lives have become a living hell by ingesting fluoride. Margaret from Cairns, who I know personally, suffers dreadfully from asthma when drinking fluoridated water. - Werner

Doesn't time fly when you're a "senior citizen" - That's the polite way of saying I'm getting old, however I do like the way my good friend Doug puts it.....He says...."I may have lost a few marbles, but I still have enough to play a good game!!

Well, I've been kept very busy lately, helping many people who have been affected by the introduction of fluoride into their water supply.

My dear friend Anne had continuing dysentery when the fluoride went into her water and it was not rectified until she started to drink bottled water. She called it irritable bowel syndrome.

Then my good friend Margaret was hit by asthma and it took a while before she linked it to fluoride in the water supply. - She has had asthma "on and off" throughout her life, and has lived in a lot of locations, so she did some calculations and realised that when her water supply was fluoridated she got asthma and when her water supply was clean she did not get asthma. - How about that!!!! (I know Margaret personally and know how badly she is affected by fluoride ingestion. Picture: Margaret, at a demonstration in front of Desley Boyle’s office in Cairns, December 2009. Click on picture to enlarge.- Werner)

Also my old mate Arthur, now has arthritis in his hands and he now has back pains and he's been pretty fit all of his life.

On top of this, another friend has been getting blotchy and flaky skin from showering in fluoridated water.

The "powers that be" don't want us to believe that fluoride can affect the human body in many ways, but I think I now know why we have been inflicted with water fluoridation.

FLUORIDE is good business for the "ill-health" industry. More people have to visit doctors and pharmacies and this increases profits for the big pharmaceutical companies.

As an example, there are twice the number of asthmatics in fluoridated communities. Just think of the extra "inhalers" purchased.

Me thinks that the name of their game is to make people sick, then keep them on medication for the rest of their lives.

"Somebody's making a killing by keeping people alive".

"If they found a cure, only the patient would benefit", a USA oncologist has been quoted, talking about the "cancer industry".

Well.....That's about all for now,

PS. Many new supporters would not have seen my newsy-letters before, so I welcome them to the Anti-fluoridation campaign.

Please forward to your contacts.

I just received this from Margaret

I have a friend whose two adult children are living in Cairns. One suffered in her early teens from severe adolescent arthritis. She is 25. She lived in Cairns for several years without problems, lived in Japan and Korea for 3 years with no problems, and since arriving here in January this year she has become almost crippled. I got her started on bottled water and she is a lot better after 3 weeks. Her brother, aged 28, has been living in Mt Isa, and has recently moved back to Cairns. He was complaining of gastric upsets and skin and breathing problems. His sister told him his face was swollen and he should drink bottled fluoride free water. He ridiculed the idea but did it anyway and now he is investigating getting his shower set up for rainwater. Again a dramatic turn around.

I saw an interesting segment on Martha Stewart today (recorded Feb 2008) where this dentist was describing how dentistry is all wrong. We should not be putting poisonous chemicals in our water or mouth, but should be using organic products which support the natural bacteria and mouth environment. I wasn't quick enough to record it, and I didn't catch his name but I am going to keep looking till I find him. - Margaret
