The Effective Sweet Treat that Relieves Arthritis Pain.

I suppose that pain is an inevitable part of life, yet it is something we would rather be without. However, pain is a body signal that there is something amiss. There is now a myriad of chemical pain killers available, but most of them are chemicals that can have unpleasant side effects. Consequently a lot of people have now discovered that there are natural alternatives for stopping or reducing pain without any side effects. Please go to this link and see how my wife, Karola, stopped her excruciating pain with Turmeric. Pain can be relieved the natural way without chemical drugs.

There are also the Chia Seeds that give among other things, pain relief as well as energy – and more. Karola now also takes Chia Seeds, one big tablespoonful in the morning with cereal and one in the evening  with yoghurt.    Scroll down to my previous posting. Chia seeds; a superfood and a way to good health.

Bromelain in pineapples can also reduce arthritic pain and following is a good testimony about that from Colin Pernet from the Gold Coast, Qld. Australia. He also sent me the interesting article I used as the title to this posting, which you will find below. (Picture: One of my pineapples.)

For further interesting information about pineapples go to:
The pineapple is more than just a luscious sweet delight.
The humble pineapple is packed with health promoting enzymes.

We are lucky here in North Queensland having a year round fresh supply of pineapples, and especially the super sweet, low acid “Mareeba Gold” pineapple. In addition, I have always a dozen of pineapple plants growing in our yard. I love eating pineapples and I eat at least one per week. I never suffered any arthritic pain, touch wood; however I can’t attest if this could be attributed to my love of eating pineapples. - Werner
*******
Here is Colin's testimony.

I have osteoarthritis stabilised by knee exercises, and
Glucosamine and Chondroitin for the last 8 years while a few of my peers had knee replacement during this time. Last November I went to Hanoi Bay, and did quite a bit of climbing that aggravated the pain in my right knee, and started the pain in the left. Still I persisted with my medication and knee exercises. It gave relief up to 70%.

One of my favourite fruits is pineapple. I realize that for weeks since my trip to Hanoi I have not eaten any pineapple. I really missed that so went out to purchase one and walloped one big piece heartily. Lo and behold, next morning when I started my exercises, the pain was nearly gone. There was around 95% relief. Thinking it was the benefit of the exercises I increased the momentum another 5 to 10 minutes.

Later in the day I began to think how could the pain decrease so much overnight. Aha! The only difference was the pineapple that I ate. Yes, you guessed it, I went and walloped some more and obtained more relief. Back to before I went to Hanoi Bay.

Happy but too shy to tell anyone until my sister rang up to inform of her back ache and unable to stand straight. I rebuked her for not doing anything like rubbing ointment or seeing a doctor. Jokingly informed her of my pineapple experience. Laughingly she said she was going to try that. A week or so later she came over and proudly showed me that she could walk straight without any pain. With thumb up she informed that the pineapple worked. So friends if you or anyone you know have arthritis pain, pineapple is worth the try. (So you have it straight from the "horse's mouth's", so to speak. - Werner)
Following is now the title story.

The Effective Sweet Treat that Relieves Arthritis Pain.
By Jim Healthy, October 19th, 2012
Did you know that there are certain kinds of foods that actually help reduce or even stop arthritis pain? These "superfoods" are usually easy to find and inexpensive. Of all the foods that help fight against arthritis -- delicious, sweet pineapple comes up close to the top of the list.

THE SWEET PAIN RELIEVER.
For generations, people around the world have used fresh pineapple to ease  their arthritis inflammation.  Loaded with joint-protecting vitamin C, pineapple is undoubtedly a superior arthritis-healing food.  Its anti-inflammatory ingredient -- bromelain -- is so potent that many boxers drink the juice after fights to heal their bruises. A 1960 study compared boxers who took bromelain with those receiving a placebo. In just four days, an amazing 78% of those taking bromelain were inflammation-free, while only 14% of the control group had recovered. Other than bromelain, pineapple also contains manganese, which strengthens
bones and protects joints.  Here are 5 reasons you should be indulging in this delicious fruit if you struggle with joint pain and arthritis:

 *Reason #1: Joint Protection*

Higher intake levels of the antioxidant vitamin C is essential for people with arthritis... And just one cup of pineapple has a whopping 94% of the recommended daily allowance (RDA)! Research published in the Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases showed that vitamin C-rich foods protect against inflammatory polyarthritis, a type of rheumatoid arthritis in which two or more joints are affected.  If you have osteoarthritis, you may be concerned by warnings that you should not increase your vitamin C intake. But know that those warnings are based on a 2004 study on guinea pigs! Studies on humans show vitamin C actually reduces pain, cartilage loss and disease progression.

 *Reason #2: Healthier Joint Tissue*

Pineapple is a great source of the trace mineral manganese. Manganese is absolutely essential for building healthy joint tissue and dense bones. One cup of pineapple provides 128% of the RDA for manganese. Research shows that manganese tackles free radicals that can damage joint cartilage. Tip: It's best to eat your pineapple raw. Fruit skewers; alternating fresh pineapple chunks with strawberries is a great way to do that. Grilled and cooked pineapple is extraordinarily tasty too.

 *Reason #3: Smoother Joint Movement*

Pineapple's enzymes literally clean up "rusty" joints. When you eat pineapple on an empty stomach, the enzymes go right to work on your joints. Tip: If you eat pineapple with other foods, the enzymes divert their activity to digesting the rest of your meal instead of the gunk in your joints. So keep pineapple around for between-meal snacks. Juice the hard inner core as well to take advantage of the concentrated bromelain located there.

 *#4: Pain Relief*

For optimal arthritis pain-relief, eat fresh pineapple. The bromelain in pineapple is destroyed by heat, so fresh pineapple will give you the most benefit.  Frozen pineapple retains active enzymes, but canned fruit and commercially processed juice don't provide the anti-inflammatory benefit of fresh fruit. It's important to note bromelain causes anti-clotting activity... So you should consult with your physician before combining pineapple with blood-thinning medications such as warfarin (Coumadin), heparin, or aspirin.

*Reason #5: Protection from Inflammation.

Pineapple's bromelain halts inflammation.The sulphur-based enzyme bromelain
in fresh pineapple is one of the best-researched natural anti-inflammatory agents around. Bromelain clobbers inflammatory agents that trigger joint pain and cartilage degeneration. A 2006 study cited in Clinical and Experimental Rheumatology found that supplemental bromelain is effective in easing discomfort from hip arthritis. The Arthritis Foundation stated that pineapple's bromelain produces effects comparable to NSAIDs for relieving pain and inflammation. UK researchers reviewed ten studies on osteoarthritis and bromelain. They found that every single one confirmed bromelain's benefits.

Tip: Most of the bromelain in pineapples is found in the core and the stem. So don't throw away that tough, fibrous core! Just chop it up, throw it in a blender with some water and pulse to convert it to juice.

Chia seeds; a superfood and a way to good health.

I have known the health benefits of chia seeds for some time.  What I didn’t know was that they also can greatly reduce or eliminate arthritic pain. This was confirmed to me by a friend who takes two spoonfuls of chia seeds per day (one in the morning and one in the evening) and is not suffering from arthritic pain anymore. I discovered that a lot of people have never heard of “chia seeds.” So, people who suffer from ill health may find this article interesting and may find it worth giving chia seeds a try. There is nothing to lose, but good health to gain.

And as the saying goes: “Being healthy is merely the slowest rate at which one can die.”  Chia seeds are easily available at chemists, health shops or online. Please forward this posting to your contacts, the easiest way to do this is to copy the title and paste it into the body of the e-mail; it will then become a live link direct to this posting  - Werner

Chia Seeds - The Pinnacle Super food.
Chia seeds are one of nature's most perfect natural foods, and regarded by many nutritional experts as the pinnacle super food. Chia is a food that gives you high sustained energy, high fibre, and high perfectly digestible protein for muscle, and tissue regeneration.

There are immediate benefits and accumulated sustained health benefits from including chia seeds in your eating habits.
Some like energy, and healthy regularity, you will notice right away. Others like joint support, cardiovascular health, weight loss, muscle regeneration, etc. will exhibit itself after prolonged use. Overall, your health will be greatly improved with the regular addition of chia seeds to your daily eating habits. Small healthy changes to our daily habits that will become part of our enjoyed healthy daily routine will become second nature and greatly improve our quality of life.

Many respected experts say if they could have just one cup of food a day, chia seeds would be it. Not only does it have super nutritional value, but it tastes good, is inexpensive, goes well with many other foods, supports weight loss, and helps with a variety of medical conditions. Below we have listed short summaries of its various benefits. The more you learn about, and try chia seeds, the more you will love them.

Chia seeds are small oval seeds with a diameter of one millimetre. They are brown, grey, black, and white. They typically contain approx. 20% protein, 34% beneficial oil, 25% dietary fibre, and significant levels of antioxidants and Omega 3 and 6. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration regard chia as a food with an established history of safe consumption. There are no known toxic effects of chia seeds, so you may consume without worries.

High Protein Food:
Chia has a higher percentage of protein than any other grain. Chia's protein is easily absorbed and digestible and can replace the protein supplied in protein shakes. It is a complete protein source, with all the essential amino acids (19 amino acids total) in appropriate balance.

High Fibre Food:
Chia is an excellent food source of high fibre. 5%-10% mucilloid soluble dietary fibre (helps lower cholesterol and manage diabetes) 90%-95% insoluble dietary fibre (promotes healthy regularity). Taking chia daily will greatly aid your regularity, and sweep out old debris in your intestines helping to detoxify your system naturally. Chia aids in the assimilation of other foods and hydration retention.

High Antioxidant Food:

Chia is a natural food that has high antioxidant levels, more than blueberries. This gives dry seeds a 4 to 5 year shelf life. To name some of the more important antioxidants chia provides: chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, myricetin, quercetin, and kaempferol flavanol glycosides.

Omega 3 and 6:
Chia is the richest natural source of Omega 3. Omega 3 and 6 help our brain functions and brightens our mood. They also help our central nervous system and cell membranes health. Chia has a favourite ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6, and has the highest known natural percentage of alpha linolenic fatty acid. More than flax seeds (which needs to be ground, and has a limited shelf life) or salmon. Omega oils are important for vitamin assimilation and for the health of your vital organs, especially your thyroid and skin cells. Chia contains long chain triglycerides in the right proportions to reduce cholesterol on arterial walls. Chia is an important part of heart healthy eating and cardiovascular health.

High Energy Food:

Chia is known as a mega energy food. Athletes (like runners, climbers, weight lifters, etc.) take it because of it's prolonged sustained release of energy. It has twice the potassium as bananas. It easily gives me sustaining energy for my daily cardio and resistance workouts. You will be amazed at your energy increase.

Natural Weight Loss Aid:
Chia is called the 'Dieter's Dream Food'. It bulks up other foods, displacing calories without changing the flavour. It is filling, so you eat less, yet you don't feel weighed down. It also helps clean out your intestines.

Muscle and Tissue Regeneration:

Chia seeds promote regeneration of muscles and tissues that have been damaged. Chia's essential fatty acids boost metabolism and given it's being an optimal source of protein and balanced amino acids, build and maintain lean muscle mass. Chia seeds and chia seed oil, applied externally, or taken internally, are great for your hair and skin.

Stabilizes Blood Sugar:
Chia seeds are great for the 'diabetic diet'. When eaten with other foods it creates a physical barrier between carbohydrates and the digestive enzymes that break them down. This slows the conversion of carbs into sugar. The energy from food is released more steadily, thus not getting a sugar spike after eating foods. Chia helps lower insulin sensitivity. It also lowers systolic and diastolic pressure.

Joint Pain Relief:
Daily use of chia over time will greatly reduce or eliminate joint pain. Many with joint pain and the choice of surgery or giving up physical activity, experience an end to joint pain after a few months of use without giving up activities they enjoy.

Hydration and Electrolyte Retention:
One property of the chia seed, when exposed to liquid, is that it is a hydrophilic colloid. That is a gel like substance that’s forms the underlying elements of living cells. The seeds absorb and retain 10-12 times their weight in water. Consuming them helps you retain hydration and your electrolyte balance. This property also aids in the digestion of other foods.

Easily Digestible Food:
Chia is very easily digested and assimilated by our bodies. There are no known food allergies, or sensitivities to chia. It is not toxic.

Medical Conditions:
Chia seeds are said to help with the following medical conditions: Anti-inflammatory - Healing wounds – Constipation - Prostate problems - Attention deficit disorder – AIDS - Thyroid disorders – Menopause – PMS - Digestive problems – Diabetes - Celiac disease - Hypo-glycaemia - Weight loss – Cholesterol – IBS. For Acid Reflux Take 1 1/2 tablespoons with just enough water to swallow, wait 5 minutes (time for the chia to absorb stomach acids) drink a glass of water.

Naturally Organic Food Advantages:
Insects dislike chia, so it is not treated with pesticides. It is mechanically harvested and cleaned. So it is naturally organic. Don't fall for the high prices of organic or white chia. Chia is typically the same.

Long Lasting:
One fantastic property of chia seeds is they have a very long shelf life. 4 to 5 years for dry seeds, and 2 to 3 weeks for refrigerated gel.

Inherent Vitamins and Minerals:
Vegan – Kosher - GMO free - No trans fat - Gluten free - Trace levels of sodium - Balanced ratios of macronutrients - High in: B vitamins - Calcium (more then milk) - Phosphorus - Potassium (more than bananas) - Zinc - Boron – Copper - Magnesium – Manganese – Iron- C vitamins.

How to make a “Chia Fresca,” the perfect before-the-gym endurance drink? To be taken about 30 minutes before a workout.
1 cup spring or filtered water
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 teaspoons fresh lemon or lime juice
2 teaspoons agave nectar or honey
Whisk the chia seeds into the water and allow them to soak for 10-15 minutes. Stir in lemon or lime juice and agave and whisk well. Drink immediately. Makes 1 serving.
*******
Chia seed are good tasting and versatile:
The taste of chia is very mild. Many say it has no flavour, while some say it tastes slightly nutty. You can take chia seeds raw by themselves, or sprinkle them on salads, soups, cereal, etc. Try stirring it in your favourite Greek yogurt. The easiest way to take them is to stir a couple of tablespoons in a glass of water, stirring occasionally to keep from clumping, waiting about 5 minutes for the seeds to soften, then consume.

You can also cook with them and add them to virtually any food or drink without changing the flavour, but greatly enhancing it's nutritional value. When chia seeds come in contact with liquid, they start to turn into gel. This gel is a great thickener for sauces, etc. A chia gel is made by adding a small to moderate amount of water to a portion of chia seeds; this is perfect to add to recipes and will keep for weeks in the refrigerator.

Cooking does not negatively affect the good properties of chia. Many like chia in their juices, smoothies or shakes, others like to take the gel in their baked goods. Chia Fresca is fresh natural lemonade mixed with chia seeds, it is refreshing and very nutritional. Chia flour, chia oil extract, and chia sprouts are also available. We like to take 2 tablespoons in a glass of water about 3 times a day, it's easy and efficient.

When you live in Australia, be always aware of snakes.

When you live in Australia, especially in the northern half, you are always aware of the presence of snakes and, to keep your house or car doors closed is an absolute necessity.  I went to my garden shed one night and in the light beam of my torch was a 1.4 metre black snake in strike position in front of a big green frog; seconds away from its death. My light made the snake to disappear, and I can still see the smile of the green frog whose life I just had saved. You certainly never go in your backyard without a light.

I remember the story that made the front page in our daily newspaper, the Cairns Post a few years ago. Two Australian interstate tourists drove up the scenic and rainforest surrounded “Gilles Highway” from Gordonvale (About 25 Km south of Cairns) to the Atherton Tableland.

They decided to have something to eat and stopped at a nice spot beside the highway so that they could also admire the wonderful rainforest beside them
. Unfortunately for them, they left the backdoor of their car open. When they continued their drive about an hour later, the driver of the car behind them spotted a carpet snake “looking” out of the window of the backdoor “dangling” in the wind.

The driver in the car behind frantically tooted the horn,
and since it is difficult on this road to overtake, it took some time to find an overtaking lane and the driver called out: “You have a snake in the car.” Well, this couple learnt the hard way to keep car doors closed when stopping in the rainforest. Following is a story from my life, and my close encounter with snakes - Werner

I can say it was a culture and a creature shock for me.  When I arrived in Australia I stood in front of a big learning curve. The fauna and flora was totally different to what I was used to in Germany. And, that was particularly so when I arrived in Mossman in tropical North Queensland with my wife Karola and our three children; to cut sugar cane.

The splendid tropical fauna; the palms and especially the coconut palms; the blue sky; the evergreen rainforest, the nearby Pacific Ocean; the warm tropical climate gave us the euphoric feeling – wow, we’ve arrived in paradise!

Our abode, oh that was a culture shock. It was a kind of a hybrid, embodying all the features of a house, barracks and a shed; nothing to brag about, but it kept the wind and the rain out. The farm had no mains power, but an electrical generator supplied us with light.

The sugar cane farm was also home for other creatures; in particular venomous black snakes, taipans, death adders, and the non venomous carpet snakes (python). Bandicoots  and rats that live in the sugar cane and find their food there and likewise become food for the snakes. The taipan is one of the deadliest snakes in Australia.

My boss gave me good advice on how to avoid stepping on snakes and getting bitten. “When you walk here, look down in front of you, and if you want to watch birds flying above, stop walking.” I adhered to his advice religiously. I encountered many snakes in my 60 years in Australia, but never stepped on one - yet.  This good advice should be given to our children and anybody that comes to this country. I wondered how I could convey my boss’ advice to our three young children in a practical way instead just spoken words. An opportunity presented itself a few days later, but an explanation first.

Once upon time, sugarcane fires lit the Queensland skies throughout the cane-cutting season. The cane was burnt to remove the dry leaves to make cutting much easier, when the cane was still cut by hand.  Today, this practice has been discontinued and mechanical harvesters have replaced the manual cane cutter. Not burning the cane benefits the environment, and the animals that live there.

To watch a cane fire was a great spectacle and a sight to behold,
especially with the wind behind it, thirty-meter high flames were nothing unusual.  Unfortunately, this spectacle had also a more ominous side to it.  Many small animals, which found food and shelter in the cane fell victim to the fire, if they were not fast enough to escape. They were predominately snakes, rats and bandicoots. The latter two, which escaped to an empty paddock fell prey to hawks circling above. Click on the blue bandicoots link above for more reading about that interesting marsupial.

So, while cutting cane I found a badly burned 4 meter long carpet snake.
Unfortunately, this snake would have died a slow excruciating death, and the boss told me to put it out of is misery. Carpet snakes are nocturnal and generally harmless, but you have to make sure that your fowls and small babies are not exposed to them. I never killed a carpet snake since then; we lived with them, often had to chase them from our “outhouse’ before we could use it. The carpet snakes and death adders were the main cane fire victims, because they move much slower than the other snakes.

This dead carpet snake gave me that golden opportunity to teach our three young children where to look when walking in North Queensland. I formed a 4 foot diameter circle with the dead snake, and put my waterbag some distance past the ‘snake circle.” All three children had to undergo the test separately. Peter, our son, was the first while the girls waited some distance away.

I told Peter to fetch my water bag further up the paddock and I told him to look out for snakes. So, Peter must have fixed his eyes totally onto the waterbag and stepped right into the snake circle. I called out, “stop, look down for snakes; he did;” saw the snake and jumped as high as he could out of the circle. He learnt his lesson to look down and not into the distance when walking, and so did Sonja and Doris who made the same mistake as Peter. This was a valuable lessen for them.

Yes, snakes are constantly on your mind here in the tropics. I remember coming home for lunch, and found Karola and the three children standing on top of the kitchen table, frantically finger pointing under the table where a 4 foot Blake Snake was.

When I worked on a sugar cane farm at White Rock, 10 Km south of Cairns, we lived in a typical; for that time, Queensland house on high concrete stumps.

Another piece of advice I received was that snakes won’t attack you unless they are cornered. I believed this till the following happened.

Our eldest daughter, Sonja, came over to the shed where I was refuelling the tractor. “Dad we just saw through the window a big brown snake going past the house.” I knew straightaway that this was a Taipan.  I was going to chase it away and came over “armed” with a hoe. She showed me in which direction the snake had gone and I proceeded slowly in that direction with my hoe firmly in my two hands.

I hadn’t gone far when I saw the tail of the snake in front of me, and then the snake looking at me, raised into a striking pose.
I was probably only a second away from being bitten, and had no choice but to strike first with the sharp part of the hoe - the snake was dead and cut in three parts. Putting the three pieces together; it measured 2.2 meters; it was a Taipan.

The assertion that snakes only attack when cornered was debunked. This snake wasn’t cornered, in front was a gully and left and right was open space.

Australia’s Muslim dilemma, certainly food for thought.

Following is an interesting article written by a fifth generation Australian, Michael Bellringer, about his experience in western Sydney, which is practically a Muslim enclave where non Muslim Australians don’t dare to go. What Bellringer writes, should surely ring alarm bells amongst the real Aussie population. This is supplementary to my previous posting. “Food for thought – Denmark’s Muslim dilemma”. While Muslim problems here so far are small compared to Denmark’s and the other European countries’, they will get bigger as the number of Muslims increases in Australia, this is as sure as the sun rises in the morning. If you are worried about our children’s future in Australia, then get off your bum and get in touch with your federal member of parliament. Remember; once the horse has bolted there is no use shutting the gate.

The Koran contains at least 109 verses that call Muslims to war with non- believers for the sake of Islamic rule.  Some are quite graphic, with commands to chop off heads and fingers and kill infidels wherever they may be hiding.  Muslims who do not join the fight are called 'hypocrites' and warned that Allah will send them to Hell if they do not join the slaughter. Well, we have seen evidence of this with the slaying of a British soldier, Lee Rigby, in London.

Paul Weston says, among other things “that former British Prime Minister Tony Blair is a traitor and, that it’s not racist to defend your country”. Click here.

What does the Religion of Peace Teach About?
How Radical Islam is Destroying the West from Within.
The question begs: Can a good Muslim who follows the Koran “religiously” be a good Aussie? What do you think? I posted this as a matter of public interest as too many Australians are unaware or ignorant of the problems we are facing in our country.  - Werner
*****
Here is the "eye-opening" contribution by Michael Bellringer.
I am unaware of the penetration of Muslims into your area, but if you allow a Muslim cemetery or encourage them in any other way it will start a flood of Muslims into your area and before you know it they will take control of your district. Just in our little local Newsagent, on the North Coast, we have 2 young women who escaped Bankstown to get away from the Muslim invasion.

I took a day in Sydney 4 years ago and visited Lakemba and Bankstown to see for myself what was going on with the Muslim invasion. I found the main Lakemba shopping centre packed with Muslim women pushing prams. Across the railway line were mainly Muslim coffee shops packed with middle-aged to older Muslim men sitting around drinking coffee - it was about midday. On one side of the road I noticed a large super market which had recently been burnt out, guarded by a security guard. The guard said it had burnt down under strange circumstances 6 weeks earlier and that it was one of the last old Australian owned buildings in Lakemba shopping centre - the police were still investigating.

Down the same road I came across the huge Lakemba Mosque (built with Saudi funds). It was so packed with apparently non-working men that there was a large crowd out on the streets and the cars in the streets were taken with men listening to the Imam's loudspeaker. The local park, just up the street, was full of the crowd’s cars. I found only one old Australian businessman and he said he wouldn't like to comment on how Lakemba had changed, but I got the message that he didn't like the change.

I then went on to Bankstown and met a nice well dressed older Aussie couple. They weren't happy with the changes in Bankstown and said they called it “Baghdad ". A gang of teenage Muslims were loitering around the railway station entrance/exit. Just down the road was a huge shopping complex and it was very well patronized by Muslim women mostly pushing prams. I spoke to a friend and he suggested I should visit Auburn and some of the other dozen or so Muslim enclaves.

They have already declared they want to establish a Muslim Caliphate ( state ) running from your area and Penrith up into the nearby tablelands. Many of the Muslims coming to Australia appear to have substantial means which has also been confirmed by refugee camp workers. They can be very aggressive towards Australians and often have the look of hate in their eyes.

Up to about 5 years ago the Saudis had pumped more than 1 billion into Mosques and Muslim schools and facilities. In the first 2 Years of Rudd Labor they bought 1billion dollars worth of our best farmland ( millions of acres ). Two years ago they bought 20% of the Australian Agricultural Company with its 2 international standard airstrips ( more millions of acres ). Over the last 20 years the Qatari Arabs have bought up huge tracts of Australia's best farmland - particularly since Rudd came to power. 2 years ago they owned 17,000 square kilometers of our best farmland and were buying about one lot of farms a week. The farm newspapers ( such as the Land and Queensland Country Life ) have stopped saying who is buying what, because the rural selling commission agents were objecting.

If you take a look you will note that all Sydneys biggest gunshops are located in the Muslim inhabited suburbs. 3 Years ago a local policeman told his father that 4 out of 5 applications to aquire a new gun are being made by Muslims. A local gun-shop manager told me they are mainly buying high powered sniper capability rifles.

On the night of Muslim Cronulla riot rampage there were rumours the Lakemba Mosque ( in Premier Iemma's electorate ) was full of AK47 machine guns and the police were told not to interfere. The actual Cronulla uprising was in final frustration by locals after  years of intimidation by particularly Lebanese Muslims who were trying to claim the beach as their beach. I was told by a Forestry Department foreman that when he repremanded a group of Muslim hunters for doing the wrong thing in a state forest declared hunting area one of them pointed his high powered rifle at him. He had to back off and reported it to the police - it was all hushed up.Only one of the missing 10 rocket launchers has been found and it ended up in the hands of a Muslim gang, but one soldier subsequently said there are more like 100 missing.

The politicians have been lying to us - what a surprise. It was only 3 years ago they were telling us there was only 350,000 Muslims in Australia. However, about a year ago a public servant let the cat out of the bag that the real figure was 700,000. Last August days after the Sydney Muslim riot the Police Superintendent in Charge used the figure of 600,000. There's a fair chance the Census stats give nothing like the true figure. They are having up to 8 children per wife and the men are having more than one wife often living off the social service system - all those taxpayer funded child and family benefits.

This is all going to end in a bloodbath. The dreamers and denialists can think otherwise. These people have come here to take over, not to assimilate. This invasion has all resulted from the UN, the post WW2 1951 UN Refugee Convention and their UNHCR overseeing of the invasion - the UN has been a costly mistake for Australians from any way you want to look at it.

If you don't believe my predictions and warnings from what's just been happening in Australia under your noses take a look at the turmoil England, France, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Holland, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Greece, Canada and the USA are in - some of them are 20 years ahead of us in the disaster. Thanks to the creators of the UN it will all end in a huge Western World racially based civil war. Mass Multiracial Immigration (the UN and that criminal Al Grasby gave it the name of MULTICULTURALISM )it is a failure and doesn't work. Muslims must not be mixed with Christians. When the Muslim population becomes dominant they demand your conversion or your head - look at what's going on around the world at the moment. The few smart countries are acting. There will be a blood bath and your kids and grand kids will be up to their necks in it. - Mike Bellringer.

Food for thought - Denmark’s Muslin dilemma.

Australians, especially our politicians, should read and should learn from the article and links below. We in Australia are facing the same problems as many European countries are facing right now. Australia is a country of migrants; they have come here after the Second World War from many European countries with diverse cultures and different religions. They have all assimilated and integrated into the Australian way of life. However in recent years we have had an influx of Muslim migrants arriving here, some legally and some otherwise, who seem to have difficulty emulating other migrants mentioned above. European countries have learnt a lesson about Muslim immigration the hard why and are now grappling with a great dilemma. All find it difficult to deal with it, and they find that like an egg, it can’t be unscrambled.

A lot of our “illegal” boat arrivals, if not all of them, will not find jobs in this country and will be on welfare and a burden on the Australian taxpayer. The Federal government has wasted billions of dollars on those people so far and the waste of money is continuing on a daily basis.

Rauf Baker writes about Europe’s Islam Dilemma. Muslim migrants, numbering almost 54 million, have failed to assimilate or find common ground with their new societies.
Durie: Islamophobia comes to Canberra.
For those of you that live in Australia and New Zealand, this may come as a surprise. But what we have read about England Europe and America is now here.

Here is a must see video to what is happening in France. Click here.

It is getting serious now. It is time to stand up and be counted. Do you or do you not want Islam to dominate Australia? If
you do nothing and don't contact your Member of Parliament, then don't complain when it all 'hits the fan.' Islam is here - now! Islam is incompatible with true Democracy. So if you like Australia the way it is; then do something today. Send your Member an e-mail protesting about what happened in Canberra, or better still talk to your MP as e-mails are too easily ignored and deleted. One to one is the way to go. Point out the inconsistency. Become active and educated about Islam.  Our respective federal politicians seem to be oblivious to the Muslim problem other countries have and, undoubtedly we will face the same problems as soon as our Muslim numbers become larger. Unfortunately, our federal MPs are at present in election mode and will be reluctant to say anything about Muslims, as it is “vote gathering time” for them. But don’t be discouraged - keep at them.

Salute the Danish Flag - it's a Symbol of  Western Freedom.
By Susan MacAllen
In 1978-9 I was living and studying in Denmark. But in 1978 - even in Copenhagen, one didn't see Muslim immigrants.

The Danish population embraced visitors,
celebrated the exotic, and went out of its way to protect each of its citizens. It was proud of its new brand of socialist liberalism one in development since the conservatives had lost power in 1929 - a system where no worker had to struggle to survive, where one ultimately could count upon the state as in, perhaps, no other western nation at the time. The rest of Europe saw the Scandinavians as free-thinking, progressive and infinitely generous in their welfare policies. Denmark boasted low crime rates, devotion to the environment, a superior educational system and a history of humanitarianism.

Denmark was also most generous in its immigration policies
- it offered the best welcome in Europe to the new immigrant: generous welfare payments from first arrival plus additional perks in transportation, housing and education. It was determined to set a world example for inclusiveness and multiculturalism.  How could it have predicted that one day in 2005 a series of political cartoons in a newspaper would spark violence that would leave dozens dead in  the streets - all because its commitment to multiculturalism would come back  to bite?

By the 1990's the growing urban Muslim population was obvious - and   its unwillingness to integrate into Danish society was obvious.
Years of immigrants had settled into Muslim-exclusive enclaves. As the Muslim leadership became more vocal about what they considered the decadence of Denmark’s liberal way of life, the Danes - once so welcoming - began to feel slighted. Many Danes had begun to see Islam as incompatible with their long-standing values: belief in personal liberty and free speech, inequality for women, intolerance for other ethnic groups, and a deep pride  in Danish heritage and history.

An article by Daniel Pipes and Lars  Hedegaard, in which they forecasted, accurately, that the growing immigrant problem in Denmark would explode. In the article they reported: 'Muslim immigrants constitute 5 percent of the population but consume upwards of 40 percent of the welfare spending.''Muslims are only 4 percent of Denmark's 5.4 million people but make  up a majority of the country's convicted rapists, an especially combustible issue given that practically all the female victims are non-Muslim. Similar, if lesser, disproportions are found in other crimes.' 'Over time, as Muslim immigrants increase in numbers, they wish less  to mix with the indigenous population.  A recent survey finds that only 5 percent of young Muslim immigrants would readily marry a Dane.'

'Forced marriages - promising a newborn daughter in Denmark to a male cousin in the home country, then compelling her to marry him, sometimes on pain of death - are (is) one problem.' 'Muslim leaders openly declare their goal of introducing Islamic law once Denmark’s Muslim population grows large enough - a not-that-remote prospect. If present trends persist, one sociologist estimates, every third inhabitant of Denmark in 40 years will be Muslim.' It is easy to understand why a growing number of Danes would feel that Muslim immigrants show little respect for Danish values and laws.

An example is the phenomenon common to other European countries and   Canada: some Muslims in Denmark who opted to leave the Muslim faith have been murdered in the name of Islam, while others hide in fear for their lives. Jews are also threatened and harassed openly by Muslim leaders in Denmark, a country where once Christian citizens worked to smuggle out nearly all of their 7,000 Jews by night to Sweden - before the Nazis could invade. I think of my Danish friend Elsa - who, as a teenager, had dreaded crossing the street to the bakery every morning under the eyes of occupying Nazi soldiers - and I wonder what she would say today.

In 2001, Denmark elected the most conservative government in some 70 years - one that had some decidedly non-generous ideas about liberal unfettered immigration. Today, Denmark has the strictest immigration policies in Europe. (Its effort to protect itself has been met with accusations of  'racism' by liberal media across Europe - even as other governments struggle to right the social problems wrought by years of too-lax immigration.)

If you wish to become Danish, you must attend three years of language classes. You must pass a test on Denmark’s history, culture, and a Danish language test.
You must live in Denmark for 7 years before applying for citizenship. You must demonstrate intent to work, and have a job waiting. If you wish  to bring a spouse into Denmark, you must both be over 24 years of age, and  you won't find it so easy anymore to move your friends and family to   Denmark with you.

You will not be allowed to build a mosque in Copenhagen.
Although your children have a choice of some 30 Arabic culture and language schools in Denmark, they will be strongly encouraged to assimilate to Danish society   in ways that past immigrants weren't.

In 2006, the Danish minister for employment, Claus Hjort Frederiksen,  spoke publicly of the burden of Muslim immigrants on the Danish welfare  system, and it was horrifying: the government's welfare committee had calculated that if immigration from Third World countries were blocked, 75  percent of the cuts needed to sustain the huge welfare system in coming decades would be unnecessary. In other words, the welfare system, as it existed, was being exploited by immigrants to the point of eventually bankrupting the government. 'We are simply forced to adopt a new policy on immigration.'  'The calculations of the welfare committee are terrifying and show how unsuccessful the integration of immigrants has been up to now,' he said.

A large thorn in the side of Denmark’s imams is the Minister of Immigration and Integration, Rikke Hvilshoj. She makes no bones about the new policy toward immigration, 'The number of foreigners coming to the  country makes a difference,' Hvilshoj says, 'There is an inverse correlation between how many come here and how well we can receive the foreigners that  come.' And, on Muslim immigrants needing to demonstrate a willingness to blend in. 'In my view, Denmark should be a country with room for different cultures and religions. Some values, however, are more important than others. We refuse to question democracy, equal rights, and freedom of speech.'

Hvilshoj has paid a price for her show of backbone.
Perhaps to test her resolve, the leading radical imam in Denmark, Ahmed Abdel Rahman Abu  Laban, demanded that the government pay blood money to the family of a  Muslim who was murdered in a suburb of Copenhagen, stating that the family's  thirst for revenge could be thwarted for money. When Hvilshoj dismissed his demand, he argued that in Muslim culture the payment of retribution money  was common, to which Hvilshoj replied that what is done in a Muslim country  is not necessarily what is done in Denmark.

The Muslim reply came soon after: her house was torched while she, her husband and children slept. All managed to escape unharmed, but she and her family were moved to a secret location and she and other ministers were assigned bodyguards for the first time - in a country where such murderous violence was once so scarce. Her government has slid to the right, and her borders have tightened. Many believe that what happens in the next decade will determine whether Denmark survives as a bastion of good living, humane thinking and social responsibility, or whether it becomes a nation at civil war with supporters of Sharia law.

And meanwhile, Canadians clamour for stricter immigration policies, and demand an end to state welfare programs that allow many immigrants to live on the public dole. As we in Canada look at the enclaves of Muslims amongst us, and see those who enter our shores too easily, dare live on our taxes, yet refuse to embrace our culture, respect our traditions, participate in our legal system, obey our laws, speak our language, and appreciate our history.  We would do well to look to Denmark, and say a prayer for her future and for our own.

Are Australia’s ABC and SBS run by lefties and greenies?

Well, I’ll let you decide whether or not this is the case, and please feel free to make a comment about this posting. This is a must-read letter for those concerned about the way the ABC – and the country is heading. Remember,  it costs nothing to have an opinion, but remaining silent could cost you everything.

Australia’s two broadcasting corporations, the ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) and SBS (Special Broadcasting Service) are funded by the Australian taxpayer. However they are far from even-handed in their reporting and frequently show blatant bias against the conservative political side in this country. Max Bolte, a relative of former Victorian Premier Henry Bolte, wrote a letter to the ABC some time ago, but what he wrote then is very much still relevant today. Max also told me that for years he has been dismayed with both sides of politics and in retirement has become a political activist. The Australian Taxpayer is not always served well by those two corporations. Max’s sentiments expressed in his letter below are also mine and I’m sure that of the wider Australian community as well. - Werner

Dear Fiona and the ABC,
I have been listening to yours and many other ABC programs assiduously for most of my working life (mostly self employed). For many years I was an avid fan of the ABC. However, in recent years I have been increasingly disenchanted with many ABC programs and broadcasters. Whether on ABC TV, ABC Radio and also on SBS I have been disturbed at the left wing slant on just about everything, including the loaded choice of guests, panels and audiences we have to endure on the many programs - Q&A being a typical biased example.

On your program, today (21/7/2011), a woman said she couldn't understand where all the money is coming from to pay for government programs and your incredulous response was that you couldn't understand what she was talking about. As a widely followed and liked radio announcer I must ask - don't you follow what is going on in the media every day of the week. These current Federal and state Labor Governments are sending us broke at an amazing rate with their never ending spend-athon on just about anything people can dream up. Not to say the Coalition has been blameless, but they are a mile in front of the Labor mob. One listener contacted you and said how hopeless the ABC is since Mark Scott was installed. From my point of view he hardly improved anything - ABC commentators seem to still have to stick to the same old left wing dominated line, living in denial that people have had enough. Judging by yours and other programs you have an eager following of bleeding hearts, lefties, dreamers, greens and Labor people. I can assure you the views conveyed and portrayed on these programs are generally much different to those of the wider community.

Yesterday morning ABC 738 had two commentators talking about all the bad news in the media and they were tearing their hair out about this fact. I think even you made a similar comment. The reason there is so much bad news about is that it is just fact that this is so. In all my life I have never seen such a converging of serious events. Many of these events are man made. Within Australia we have had years of bad government - not always from the Labor and now the Green side (and the other Labor arm - Get Up), but the Coalition has often been forced to follow the Labor mutterings just to maintain their voter base. This country has been stuffed by a prostituted form of democracy dictated to by minority pressure groups who know the power of their 1% of the vote (gays being a good example - with the ABC internal gay lobby always pushing their agenda).

This afternoon your guest Tim Costello admitted there was a lot of anger in the community and he couldn't explain it. I ask him the same question. Isn't he watching what is going on in Australia every day of the week?

We have got politicians, on both sides of politics, giving themselves huge retirement packages. Labor Party rorts have been so numerous that they all blur into one another. They just can't keep their hands out of the cookie jar and have no idea about handling money. Labor politicians go in poor and come out multimillionaires. Yes, we are angry.

In the late 60s and the early 70s Public servants, particularly middle and upper level, were given a big increase in retirement benefits. This huge extra commitment has been building for over 40 years. Now they're retiring en masse. There were all sorts of public service and politician scams and lurks - early retirement, severance packages followed by reemployment, stress leave, obesity caused early retirement packages and this is only scraping the surface.

We have our last Prime Minister given the nod in 1989 to form a job ads company and he, I mean his wife, would get most of the state and federal job advert business. They have turned a $10,000 company into an $185million plus company and the ABC and Tim Costello wonder why people are angry.  Tim wonders why people aren't more generous. With these sorts of scams and greed any wonder it is getting harder to get money out of otherwise generous people who are simply pissed off.
Kevin Rudd oversaw the criminal illegal destruction of the Heiner report on an ALP related rape matter and the Queensland Governor, Quentin Bryce, refused to order an investigation. This soiled, corrupt woman is now our Labor sympathizing Governor General. Yes, we have a lot to be angry about.

The do-gooders, civil libertarians and the bleeding hearts think there are endless buckets of money to throw at illegal immigrants
( whether they be boat people or arrive in planes - first stop an immigration agent/lawyer ). These people have been looked after all their lives and don't realise all this has to be paid for by the real wealth generators (blue collar workers, small businesses, farmers, miners, etc - people who haven't been looked after).

When Howard was voted out with the help of Fairfax Media, SBS, the ABC and all the bleeding heart lefty media fraternity - aren't they all ducking for cover now that they see how hopeless their great hopeless White Hopes are - even Fran Kelly has been forced to pull her head in - if that's possible. Yet there still manages to be a core that will never see the light - even in the so-called intelligentsia. I think they all must listen to the ABC. When Howard left there were 2 people left in detention. Then Rudd, Gillard, that pompous fool Chris Evans and the rest of the dopes changed the rules and boatloads started arriving. There are now nearly 6000 in detention - with another 4000 about to get a guaranteed passage. There are about 20,000 wives and kids still to follow. This is costing us billions. Labor and the other idiots that have created this situation have no idea of the value of money - we are paying for this mess. A lot of these expenses are being hidden in Defence expenditure.

We read in yesterday's SM/Herald about a CES manager, who during the Fraser, Hawke and Keating years, saw many rejected so called " skilled " immigrants still allowed in only to end up on the dole because they proved to be unskilled. He said " I have often wondered over the years what the real cost of immigration has been and will be to Australia. Just how much taxpayer money has been expended through all levels of government as a result of importing people we did not need, ranging from all welfare outlays, education outlays, health system overload, urban sprawl and related environmental destruction, to legal system outlays of all types ". This wouldn't enter many of your dopey looked after listeners minds. This shows we have been run by idiots, if not, traitors on both sides of politics for years. The true cost could prove huge if these belligerent (no intention to assimilate) Muslims bring on a bloody Beirut style civil war. It will be our own beautiful children and grand children getting their brains blown out - thanks to all these naive fools and traitors. Yes, people are very angry. Your program along with many other ABC and SBS programs can gloss over these issues as if they do not exist.

We have read about the billions of dollars wasted in the Rudd/Gillard/Swan Building education Revolution.

We have seen billions wasted on the batts along with well over a dozen resulting deaths and hundreds of houses burnt down.

We have to put up with the media that is finally telling us the truth about the huge cost of immigration.

The “no intention to assimilate" Muslims  are having 8 children per wife and men are openly having 2 and 3 wives. It has been revealed many such families are all on the dole - yes we are paying for it. While many of the current young generation of Australians are contributing only 2,1 or even nil children to the Australian population - so much for their contribution. No thanks to the ones having no children or not even replacing themselves to help counter the Muslim population threat. No thanks also to the 1% gay lobby and their contribution to the community.

 Rudd/Gillard/Swan gave billions of dollars
to families with kids when they came to power. Most of it was spent on Chinese goods with minimal help to the Australian economy. Yes, there is lot of anger.

On programs like Q&A there is much talk and glossing over of the problems facing Australians in the future from Muslims. People are hand picked to create a good public image of Muslims. Audiences are stacked with different ethnic groups out of all proportion to their percentage of the population. When illegal immigration and mass immigration is the main discussion there is hardly any talk of how to stop the main driving factor - the population explosion and the lack of birth control practised by some ethnic, religious groups and countries. There are so many issues feeding into this disaster, but the ABC, SBS and most of the media pays scant attention. Politicians on both sides ignore it. When young Liberal hacks present their concerns they get the sack.

During the week it was stated by a Muslim authority that there are twice as many Muslims in Australia than the figures show. We have been lied to by successive governments.*

********
Of greatest concern to me is the Muslim Threat to Australia and the rest of the west. The Q’ran says in more than a dozen places that when Islam is the dominant religion people must become Muslim or be put to death. It is happening in places all over the world. If you bother to go to the 15 or so Sydney suburbs now dominated by Muslims there is the look of hate for us, the infidels, in the men’s eyes. They are only waiting their time. Their animosity and hate is on their faces every day. Australians are being forced out of their home suburbs. White Australian owned shops mysteriously burn down. The Muslims openly skite that they are going to take Australia over. The Saudis have spent well over $100million on Mosques and infrastructure. In the first 2 years of Rudd Labor they spent a billion dollars buying millions of acres of our best farmland. They recently bought 20% of the Australian Agricultural Company (more millions of acres). The Qataris now own over 17,000 square Klms of our best farmland. Who is funding all these Muslims to come here. The asylum complex workers say most of them are well dressed, have plenty of money and resources and are very angry towards them.

Fiona, you are very well liked as radio host, but I am putting the other side to many Australians' frustration, fear and anger. I have gone to a lot of trouble to put this together. I would be pleased if you would pass it on through the ABC or such Media. There is so much more that can be said about the commercial media ( Murdoch's, Fairfax Media, CVC,etc) control of information, the UN, 1951 UN Refugee Convention, the UNHCR - they are all intertwined in this disaster, but I won't here. This only scratches the surface of Australia's disenchantment with how Australia is being run. We are angry. - Max Bolte B.Sc.Agr.

The Vaccine Hoax is Over.

People who  have refused to vaccinate their children because of bad experiences with their children and others  have been censured severely or labelled as crackpots or stupid. Finally the truth has come out that it was a hoax and has been kept under wraps for thirty years to benefit the big pharmaceutical companies.

Here is what a friend wrote to me: As a parent of a vaccine-harmed child, I take exception to those who decry the parents that avoid vaccinations.  There was the death of 12 Bundaberg children following vaccination. Eighteen were made seriously ill:  two sons from one family died. Two daughters were buried while the mother remained at the bedside of 2 seriously ill sons. Another family buried 3 sons.  All dead within 34 hours of being vaccinated.  Collateral damage from flu vaccinations in the last three years includes a WA child left with brain damage rendering the child life-long incapable of caring for herself.

********
Documents from UK reveal 30 Years of Cover-up. Andrew Baker ( FFN),- Freedom of Information Act in the UK filed by a doctor there has revealed 30 years of secret official documents showing that government experts have -
1. Known the vaccines don’t work.
2. Known they cause the diseases they are supposed to prevent.
3. Known they are a hazard to children.
4. Colluded to lie to the public.
5. Worked to prevent safety studies.

Those are the same vaccines that are mandated to children in the US. Educated parents can either get their children out of harm’s way or continue living inside one of the largest most evil lies in history, that vaccines – full of heavy metals, viral diseases, mycoplasma, fecal material, DNA fragments from other species, formaldehyde, polysorbate 80 (a sterilizing agent) – are a miracle of modern medicine.

Freedom of Information Act filed in the US with the CDC by a doctor with an autistic son, seeking information on what the CDC knows about the dangers of vaccines, had by law to be responded to in 20 days. Nearly 7 years later, the doctor went to court and the CDC argued it does not have to turn over documents. A judge ordered the CDC to turn over the documents on September 30th, 2011.

On October 26, 2011, a Denver Post editorial expressed shock that the Obama administration, after promising to be especially transparent, was proposing changes to the Freedom of Information Act that would allow it to go beyond declaring some documents secret and to actually allow government agencies (such as the CDC) to declare some document “non-existent.”

Simultaneous to this on-going massive CDC cover up involving its primary “health” not recommendation but MANDATE for American children, the CDC is in deep trouble over its decades of covering up the damaging effects of fluoride and affecting the lives of all Americans, especially children and the immune compromised. Lawsuits are being prepared.  Children are ingesting 3-4 times more fluoride by body weight as adults and “[t]he sheer number of potentially harmed citizens — persons with dental fluorosis, kidney patients tipped into needing dialysis, diabetics, thyroid patients, etc — numbers in the millions.”

The CDC is obviously acting against the health of the American people. But the threat to the lives of the American people posed by the CDC’s behavior does not stop there. It participated in designed pandemic laws that are on the books in every state in the US, which arrange for the government to use military to force unknown, untested vaccines, drugs, chemicals, and “medical” treatments on the entire country if it declares a pandemic emergency.

The CDC’s credibility in declaring such a pandemic emergency is non-existent, again based on Freedom of Information Act. For in 2009, after the CDC had declared the H1N1 “pandemic,” the CDC refused to respond to Freedom of Information Act filed by CBS News and the CDC also attempted to block their investigation.  What the CDC was hiding was its part in one of the largest medical scandals in history, putting out wildly exaggerated data on what it claimed were H1N1 cases, and by doing so, created the false impression of a “pandemic” in the US.

The CDC was also covering up e financial scandal to rival the bailout since the vaccines for the false pandemic cost the US billions. And worse, the CDC put pregnant women first in line for an untested vaccine with a sterilizing agent, polysorbate 80, in it. Thanks to the CDC,  “the number of vaccine-related “fetal demise” reports increased by 2,440 percent in 2009 compared to previous years, which is even more shocking than the miscarriage statistic [700% increase].

The exposure of the vaccine hoax is running neck and neck with the much older hoax of a deadly 1918-19 flu. It was aspirin  that killed people in 1918-19, not a pandemic flu. It was the greatest industrial catastrophe in human history with 20-50 million people dying but it was blamed on a flu. The beginning of the drug industry began with that success (and Monsanto was part of it). The flu myth was used by George Bush to threaten the world with “another pandemic flu that could kill millions” – a terror tactic to get pandemic laws on the books in every state and worldwide. Then the CDC used hoax of the pandemic hoax to create terror over H1N1 and to push deadly vaccines on the public, killing thousands of unborn children and others.  (CDC will not release the data and continues to push the same vaccine.) The hoax of the vaccine schedule is over, exposed by FOIAs in the UK.

The hoax of the CDC’s interest in children’s lives has been exposed by its refusal to respond to a doctor’s FOIAs around its knowledge of vaccine dangers. The 1918-19 pandemic hoax has been exposed by Dr. Karen Starko’s work on aspirin’s role in killing people.

And despite refusing to respond to FOIAS, the CDC’s scandalous hoax of a 2009 flu pandemic and its part in creating it, was exposed by CBS NEWS. And the Obama administration, in attempting to salvage the last vestige of secrecy around what is really happening with vaccines, by declaring agency documents non-existent, has made its claim of transparency, non-existent.

But pandemic laws arranging for unknown vaccines to be forced on the entire country are still in place with HHS creating a vaccine mixture that should never be used on anyone and all liability for vaccines having been removed. Meanwhile, a Canadian study has just proven that the flu vaccine containing the H1N1 vaccine which kills babies in utero, actually increases the risk of serious pandemic flu.

Americans who have been duped into submitting their children to the CDC’s deadly vaccines, have a means to respond now. People from every walk of life and every organization, must -

1. take the information from the UK FOIAs exposing 30 years of vaccine lies, the refusal of the CDC to provide any information on what it knows about those lies, and the Obama Administration’s efforts to hide the CDC’s awareness of those lies, and go to their state legislatures, demand the immediate nullification of the CDC vaccine schedule and the pandemic laws.

2. inform every vet. active duty military person, law enforcement people, DHS agents and medical personnel they know, of the vaccine hoax, for their families are deeply threatened, too, but they may not be aware of it or that they have been folded into agency structures by the pharmaceutical industry (indistinguishable from the bankers and oil companies) that would make them agents of death for their country with the declaration of a “pandemic” emergency or “bio-terrorist” attack. It is completely clear now that the terrorism/bioterrorism structures are scams so that any actions taken to “protect” this country using those laws would in fact be what threatens the existence of Americans.

It was aspirin that killed millions in 1918-19.  Now it is mandated and unknown, untested vaccines with banned adjuvants in them that threaten the country with millions of deaths.  At the same time, the CDC is holding 500,000 mega-coffins, built to be incinerated, on its property outside Atlanta.  Not to put to fine a point on this, but it’s clear now that the CDC should not be involved in any way with public health.

Thanks to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), we know that vaccines are not a miracle of modern medicine.  Any medical or government authority which insists vaccines prevent diseases is either ignorant of government documents (and endless studies) revealing the exact opposite or of the CDC’s attempts to hide the truth about vaccines from the public, or means harm to the public.

Thanks to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), we know the vaccine schedule is a hoax. The health danger to American children and adults are vaccines.

Epson Salts; an amazing substance.

I have long known of the benefit of Epson Salts for the garden, but I found out that there are other uses for it. Following is some interesting information that may benefit your garden as well as your health.

While the two main uses of Epsom Salts are in Health and Gardening, it is also a good fabric softener. Place one tablespoon of Epson Salts in the washing machine before it commences the rinse cycle.

Epsom salts are largely unknown to many people, and yet the benefits of using it, I found out, are vast! The reason Epsom Salts are so amazing is due to the abundance of the “miracle mineral” Magnesium, which is a naturally occurring mineral found in many foods such as nuts and seeds, spinach and potatoes. Magnesium is responsible for over 300 biochemical reactions in the body, but it is perhaps best known for its muscle relaxing properties, detoxification and also the formation of healthy bones and teeth.

Epsom Salts gets its name from the town of Epsom, in the county of Surrey, in England. The residents discovered the substance in the mineral waters of the town in the 16th century.

And if the human body is clogged up, Epson Salts will unclog it as fast as “Drano” does your drains. With the many uses of Epsom Salts, figuring out where to look for it can be difficult.  Supermarkets and chemists usually stock Epsom Salts with the laxatives. So, read on and learn more about this important and multipurpose mineral. - Werner

In the Garden.
The magnesium and sulphur in Epsom Salt are just as good for plants as they are
for the human body. They can help seeds germinate, make plants grow more vigorous, produce more flowers, increase the plants’ nutrient uptake from the soil and the expensive fertilizer you buy, and also increase chlorophyll production. It’s the chlorophyll in plants that helps the plant turn sunlight into food. Unlike most fertilizers, though, Epsom Salt does not build up in the soil so you don’t have to worry about using too much or dangerously altering your soil conditions. Epsom Salt has been shown to be very useful in growing healthier roses, tomatoes, shrubs, and houseplants. You can even put Epsom Salt around your trees. See more images.
Extreme magnesium deficiency in the soil is recognized by pale green leaves and by blossom and fruit rot, but don't wait for that. Sprinkle dolomite or Epsom salt on the soil from time to time, or add a little Epsom salt to the water. Using a little frequently is better than using a lot once, because the excess just gets leached.
Epsom salt recipe: Dissolve 2 tablespoons of Epsom salt in 5 litres of water. For healthy nightshade plants (tomatoes, peppers, and eggplants) water just as flowering starts. Or use this mixture as a foliage spray in the garden and on house plants. Epsom Salt has no effect on soil pH and it will not change soil acidity. Magnesium occurs naturally in soil, though not always in a quantity sufficient for all plants.  Some soils start out with sufficient magnesium, but an abundance of rain can cause it to be washed out of the soil. Generally speaking, rough, sandy soil is a sign that the soil is deficient in magnesium.  Soils developed from peat bogs and alkaline soils also tend to be magnesium-hungry.  Sulphur is not naturally abundant in soil, though most types of commercially prepared fertilizers contain a sufficient amount.  Organic materials such as compost and manure also contain sulphur.

A plant that is just a little magnesium-deficient won't grow well.  A plant that is greatly deficient will likely have yellowing leaves. The yellowing generally starts on the older leave first, and then the portions between the vines. Yellowing is also known as chlorosis, and appears as a gradual fading or mottling of the green colour.

Benefits:  Magnesium is critical in the formation of chlorophyll.  It's also useful in aiding the absorption of phosphorus, which contributes to growth, flowering and disease resistance.  In addition, it helps a plant both absorb and use both nitrogen and phosphorus. Adding Epsom Salt to plants has been reported to enhance the colour of blossoms and leaves, promote new flowers and fruit, improve the root system and improve the strength of stems. Epsom Salt is safe to use and will not build up in the soil, even if additional magnesium isn't needed.

Epsom Salt for plants (general):  Add 2 tablespoons to 5 litres of water if there are signs of magnesium deficiency.  For tomatoes: To prevent blossom end rot, add 2 or 3 tablespoons per plant hole before planting.  Generally, tomatoes tend to be heavy users of magnesium and have been said to benefit from Epsom Salt.  Many users simply add a tablespoon to the hole before they plant. Each month, sprinkle a tablespoon around the base of each plant and scratch into soil.

For roses: Sprinkle 1 teaspoon per foot of plant height and spread evenly around the base for better blossoms and deeper greening.  Add 1/2 cup sprinkled around the base and then scratched in, for strong production of new flowering canes and healthy new basal cane growth.

Health Uses.
Magnesium is essential for a plant’s health, and ours. The magnesium in Epsom Salt has a crucial role in health. It’s the second-most abundant element in human cells and is involved in many important bodily processes. Magnesium regulates the activity of more than 325 different enzymes in the body, makes insulin more effective, helps muscles and nerves function properly, and improves sleep and concentration. It also eases stress and relieves pain and muscle cramps by reducing inflammation.

The sulphates in Epsom Salt flush toxins from the body; improve the absorption of nutrients from your food, help build the proteins that make up your joints and brain tissue, and also can help avoid or lessen migraine headaches. It’s also been shown that the sulphates in Epsom Salt help the digestive system by improving enzyme production and increasing the ability to remove toxins from medicines or the environment. While sulphates are easily absorbed through the skin, it’s a lot harder to absorb them from food, so bathing in an Epsom Salt bath is a great way to supply your body with these crucial molecules.

As a saline laxative, two to four teaspoons of Epsom Salt in a glass of water relieves constipation in as little as a half hour. (I’m sure it would. :-) - Werner)

Where do WE get magnesium? Foods such as green leafy vegetables, some legumes, nuts, seeds and unrefined grains are good sources. However, if those plants do not get enough magnesium, neither do we. Without enough magnesium, plants often develop some yellowing in their older leaves between the veins. Magnesium is essential for photosynthesis, and helps activate plant enzymes needed for growth. Animals have a need for more magnesium than plants, so a plant magnesium deficiency often shows up first in the animals, especially those that graze or forage.
