A few weeks ago I received a letter from a person who gave me a pat on the back about a letter I had written to the Cairns Post. He is a retired cartoonist. Here is the envelope in which it came in and the many cartoons beside the postage stamps even fooled the post office, which stamped some of them to cancel them.
